Distinguishing Characteristics
All plates used 10% TSBA media. The only dilution plate that fell withing the range of 30-300 CFU was 10^-4 dilution plate, which had 35 colonies. The location of the sample was Sacramento State's Arboretum and can be seen in the above image.
